I came in thinking I needed a plan. What I actually needed was permission to say a dream out loud. That's where the real work started.

About Be Oneironautic
Be Oneironautic is held by two founding partners, each bringing a different discipline to the same conviction: that dreaming and storytelling are how people find their way through change.
How this began
Be Oneironautic started as two separate practices before it was one. Tess had spent years sitting with people at thresholds, holding the spiritual weight of a life in transition. Sara had spent hers walking alongside people through the practical and emotional work of change, the kind that asks you to become someone new. Working from different directions, they kept running into the same truth: that a dream left unspoken and a story left unfinished cause the same kind of ache, whether you're beginning a life or closing one.
Be Oneironautic is what happened when they stopped treating that as a coincidence. It's built on the belief that dreaming and storytelling aren't soft add-ons to hard transitions. They're the actual mechanism by which people find meaning inside them, and the moment those skills matter most, at the end of a life, is exactly the moment they're hardest to access alone.
So they built a practice that holds both ends of that work at once.
Our operating principles
These are the commitments we return to when a session, a group, or a whole engagement doesn't have an obvious next step.
What shows up in sleep, and in daydream, is real material for a real life. We read it closely instead of dismissing it.
People change when they can tell a truer story about themselves, not when they're handed a plan. So we start with the story.
Individual work matters, but witnessed work, done in the company of others, moves people through things solitary work can't reach.
We bring the same rigor and tenderness to a life closing as most of the world only offers to one just starting.
Coaching, courses, and workshops are containers. What happens inside them stays responsive to what's actually true for the person or group in front of us.
